Trim the edges of all the bread slices. Apply Cheese on it, make thin slices of cucumber (you can use any vegetables which your child love to eat). Arrange cucumber slices on bread, sprinkle black pepper and salt on it. Place the other slice of cheese spread applied bread on it.
Soak rice for 20 mins, take 2 tose of ghee in pressure cooker. Add cinnamon, chopped tomatoes, capsicum, carrot, cashew saute for 2 mins. Add garam masala, red chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder Add rice, peas, water in 1:2 ratio and 1 lemon. Cook it till it beeps and let the pressure realease naturally after 5 mins, open the lid and serve it with garnish coriander leaves.
Take Poha in large stainer and wash it 1-2 times gently in water and drain the excess water through stainer. Sprinkle salt and sugar over it, heat 2 spoon oil in pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seed, green chillies, curry leaves, peanuts and a pinch of asafoe tida. Allow it to sizzle for 30-40 secs. Add chopped onions, potatoes and salt, mix it well. Add some turmeric powder, mix it well and cook it for 2-3 mins. Serve it with lemon and garnis coriander leaves.
Cut 8-10 pcs of Idli into small pcs. Add 2 sppon oil in pan. Add mustard seeds, after few sec add curry leaves and green chillies on it. Chopped some onion, capsicum for 1 min. Add the pices of idli and 2 spoon of hung curd. Add ¼ teaspoon of sugar and salt for taste. Served it with Garnish Coriander leave.
Make a soft dough and keep it for 10-15 mins. Take boiled potates mash it well and add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, mango powder, turmeric powder and coriander leaves. Mix it and make small balls of the mixture and divide the dough as well. Sprinkle little flour on rolling area and roll the dough. Place a spiced potato mixture in middle of the dough and roll it properly to get a perfect circle shape roti. Heat a pan and transfer paratha to tawa, within 2 min flip it to other side and press it gently with spatula. Drizzle some ghee and serve it with Mango pickle.
